This engine was build for the local railway between Delmenhorst and Harpstedt. At that moment known as Kleinbahn Delmenhorst-Harpstedt. Only two of this type were build, with a new type of steam deviation valves. In 1949 the engine was renumbered according the scheme of the Niedersächsisches Landes Eisenbahn Amt. During her service at the DHE this engine was always for sale due to the high fuel consumption. Nevertheless it was the last steam locomotive to retire from service. On july 21st 1968 she was bought by the MBS. Between 1970 and 1996 this engine was one of the main traction forces on the MBS-branch. At this moment she is set aside due to the bad condition of a.o. the boiler.
